The project consists of 3-story buildings that have 370 one and two bedroom housing units, 30,000 s.f. of commercial space and 19,000 s.f. of retail space. Palomar Station is an ideal ‘Smart Growth ‘development that has direct access to the Sprinter rail line, Breeze transit stops and is adjacent to highway 78. The Palomar Station development is located across the street from Palomar Community College and just west of Cal State San Marcos.
