The Master Planned Community of Valiano embraces the semi rural surroundings and equestrian nature of the existing community area. The Valiano community expands over 210 acres and is proposing five single family residential neighborhoods with varying densities, lot sizes and home styles. In addition to the residential development a network of multi use and pedestrian trails will connect throughout the community, along with over 50% of the 210 acres being preserved for open space.
